All freshman are required to have an unlimited meal plan. Sophomores or higher that are living in a Residence Hall are required to have a minimum of a 15 meal plan. Students living in the suites are required to have a minimum of 11 meal plan. The 7 meal plan & 75 block plan are only available to off campus students, students living in the Apartments, and commuter students.
All requests to changes in your designated meal plan must be made via email to the Office of Residence Life at email@example.com. Requests must be submitted no later than 7 business days from the first day of classes.
Prepaid debit accounts that allow students to dine at Alumni Food Court, Eaton Street Cafe, Ruane Café, and Schneider Arena. You may also use Friar Bucks to enter Raymond Hall if you have run out of weekly meals. Friar Bucks are only available to students on a meal plan. Friar Bucks balances carry over from the fall to the spring semester. At the end of the spring semester any balance in the account will be forfeited. Any balance in the Additional Friar Bucks account greater than $25 will be automatically applied to the student’s Bursar account. You can load additional Friar Bucks to your PC ID through the PC online card office.
PC Cash can be used at both on and off campus locations. PC Cash carries over from semester to semester until graduation. Any balances under $25 will not be refunded. Account balances greater than $25 will be applied to any outstanding balance may have with the college. Any remaining balance will be returned to the student in a check.
The quickest way to add money is with a credit card at the online card office . Around campus there are four cash-to-card machines (Ryan Center, Davis Hall Lounge, Phillips Memorial Library and the Slavin Center). Insert your card in the card slot. Insert your bills into the bill acceptor. Press the exit button when finished adding money. The money inserted will be credited to your account instantly. The PC Card Office in 401 Harkins Hall also accepts cash and checks for PC Cash.
Yes, our dedicated staff is happy to accommodate students with special dietary needs. We provide nutritional facts on the dining menus within the dining room and post possible allergen alerts where applicable. In addition, we offer menu offerings that accommodate vegan and vegetarian diets. For individual needs, please self-identify with our Registered Dietitian, Sarah Ereio, RD. Sarah is available to all students for any dietary accommodations or questions. She can be reached by email at email@example.com and is located in Raymond Dining Hall.
We have an area called MyZone in Raymond Hall Dining. My Zone is a “pantry” where food items needed by customers with celiac disease or food allergies can be housed with precautions against cross-contamination. This special area gives students the ability to be involved in their own allergen-safe meal preparation. My Zone will always be free of gluten-containing ingredients and products, as well as tree nut and peanut products.
