We provide nutritional facts on the dining menus within the dining room and post possible allergen alerts where applicable. In addition, we offer menu offerings that accommodate vegan and vegetarian diets. For individual needs, please self-identify with our Registered Dietitian, Sarah Ereio, RD. Sarah is available to all students for any dietary accommodations or questions. She can be reached by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and is located in Raymond Dining Hall.
We have an area called MyZone in Raymond Hall Dining. My Zone is a “pantry” where food items needed by customers with celiac disease or food allergies can be housed with precautions against cross-contamination. This special area gives students the ability to be involved in their own allergen-safe meal preparation. My Zone will always be free of gluten-containing ingredients and products, as well as tree nut and peanut products.
