I have special dietary requirements, are you able to accommodate me?

Yes, our dedicated staff is happy to accommodate students with special dietary needs. We provide nutritional facts on the dining menus within the dining room and post possible allergen alerts where applicable. In addition, we offer menu offerings that accommodate vegan and vegetarian diets. For individual needs, please 1

I am allergic to gluten (or peanuts, or treenuts) are there foods that are safe for me to eat?

We have an area called MyZone in Raymond Hall Dining. My Zone is a "pantry" where food items needed by customers with celiac disease or food allergies can be housed with precautions against cross-contamination. This special area gives students the ability to be involved in their own allergen-safe meal preparation. My Zone will always be free of gluten-containing ingredients and products, as well as tree nut and peanut products. We ask that students help to maintain the area ensuring that it stays allergen friendly and educate their peers on the importance of not cross-contaminating products within the pantry with other food items. As a student with allergies, we ask they do their part and not bring in foods from other areas into MyZone.
