We understand the potential for monotony when dining in the same place every day. That's why we are excited to present a variety of dining formats that change throughout the semester, and are constantly re-evaluated based on guest preferences and trends.  Centerstage  features a vegetarian or vegan entree made to order for lunch and dinner daily. Chicken Nugget Thursday Lunch is still a favorite day! Leave us a comment card and let us know what you want to see and we will do our best to try and get it on the menu for you!

My Zone

My Zone is a designated area in Raymond Hall offering food products and cooking equipment for those with gluten free diets. List of gluten free items offered in main dining area.My Zone

To ensure an all-inclusive exceptional dining experience, students diagnosed with celiac disease, gastrointestinal conditions and other allergies can order gluten free meals cooked to order at Raymond's MyZone Sauté Action Station. The sauté station is available Monday - Friday at lunch (11:00 a.m - 3:00 p.m.) and dinner (4:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.). Meal options may include chicken and vegetable stir fry, hot sandwiches on gluten free bread and an ever expanding entree menu. Students can also enjoy pre-made gluten free selections  from the secured MyZone pantry during normal operating hours Sunday - Saturday.
